Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging
    You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send a pickup courier to your address to collect the returned item.
We will also send you all the details regarding the pickup date and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the requested item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
